Well, I mentioned those scores a second ago and it was one of the most appalling things to me, you know, when I came in. Now, The Department of Education does not control curriculum anywhere. We don't hire teachers, we don't buy books, we don't do any of that. But what I have seen around the country, for those states that actually are bringing their scores up, we can look at Mississippi.
