Now, that doesn't mean that congressional funding, like the Title 1 funding, the IDEA funding, which is for our students with special needs, that'll continue to flow. That's been set up since, I think, 1965. That was in place before there was a Department of education in 1980. So those funds are going to continue to flow to states, and states should not worry about that.
