And if we see more and more of our Community colleges working with our middle schools and our high schools so that high school students are graduating not only with a diploma but a certificate. that they have worked with, perhaps with a Toyota or another company that is coming in public private partnerships and they're learning on the job so that when they graduate from high school, they're ready to go into the workforce.
