In the past, we have investigated a number of cases and we referred them to the various district attorneys all throughout the state of New York to take action. But This is the first case that we have prosecuted under the jurisdiction of the office of the Attorney General. I don't believe they knew the victim. They presented themselves as a friend of this young lady, of the woman, but in fact they were. They had no relationship at all. (25:26–25:34)
