What we did was We sent to Congress right out of the gate shortly after President Trump took office, three Biden EPA waivers that were given to the state of California that California used to create their electric vehicle mandate. Many states around the country ended up adopting these, this electric vehicle vehicle mandate. But Congress, when they received those body DPA waivers, they passed three resolutions under the Congressional Review act to get rid of those waivers, send it to President Trump. (07:07–07:22)
