I myself voted no against the clean energy mandate. That was before the commission a couple years ago. We debated it for almost four years now. Why? Certainly we all like clean energy, but if it's impacting reliability of our utilities and if it's impacting the affordability, that's not something that we support. (41:22–41:26)
