You've got, you've got a deck of cards. Some of it is very exquisite, some of it's using national assets. Some of of it is rather crude but quite effective. Just because it is not today's or tomorrow's technology doesn't mean it's no longer useful on a battlefield. Tank's been around a long time. It's still pretty effective. We need to consider that you have to have a whole range of capabilities that you can use against a potential adversary. (58:11–58:17)
