It doesn't even look like The Senate has 50 votes, let alone 60. I do believe if Leader Thune showed real leadership, then we absolutely could get there. There is many ways to get things done in Washington, D.C. and nothing happens without force. So just throwing your hands up and saying we don't have the votes is not enough.
