But when it comes to taxpayer funded programs, I think there should be limits. And certainly if it's not something that is beneficial or nutritional, it should not be in the SNAP program. SNAP is more than 2/3 of the farm bill. It would be great to get that separated and have a farm bill that just went towards our farmers. But this is a huge expense that the American taxpayers are covering each and every year. (04:40–04:44)
