When we have unhealthy forests and we have unhealthy watersheds, about 80% of Colorado's municipal water comes from our forests. And to protect that, we must protect our forests. I've been in the air seeing these fires, and you can have all the money in the world, but if you aren't going to actually manage or if you're prohibited from managing the forest, then we are going to continue to have these catastrophic wildfires.
