I rise to offer my amendment that prohibits made available by this act from funds made available by this act from being used to declare a national monument with the use of the Antiquities act in Montrose, Mesa, Montezuma, San Juan and Dolores counties in western Colorado. Green new scam extremists in Colorado have been petitioning Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to use the Antiquities act to designate a roughly 400,000 acre Dolores River Canyon County National Monument.
