I truly thought that if I went there, I could get a seat on the House Natural Resources Committee because I had a district that had a lot of federal lands and these were huge issues. But then I learned I had to find a donor to write me a big check to get me on that committee. And I would have talked about that more in my first campaign and I certainly talk a lot about it now.
