On April 28, I introduced the Trump Ballroom act, giving the President explicit congressional authorization to design and construct the much needed secure ballroom at the White House. I introduced the Surveillance Accountability act with Congressman Massey of Kentucky, another strong supporter of the Fourth Amendment. For years, the federal government has treated the Fourth Amendment like a suggestion, building a massive surveillance machine that tracks, scans and spies on law abiding Americans without a warrant, probable cause or accountability.
