My fear is some of this anti development talk will throw a wet blanket on that. And so I'm working at getting the facts out as far as what that represents that this is not corporate welfare. We're not giving them taxpayer dollars to bring them into our state. We're providing them incentives and giving them a little bit of the dollars that they've invested back to them in the form of sales tax rebate in exchange for the hundreds of millions of dollars in property tax relief that that'll represent in that area.
