It's not necessarily agreeing with somebody 100% of the time, but they know where you stand, they know you're going to fight for them. And more importantly, they know that you can deliver real results. We don't agree with anybody 100% of the time, even the people we love the most in the world. Which is why, yeah, we have to be ready for conflict and we have to.
