And people on the progressive side just kind of surrendered the territory until it was far too late. I think, too, they offer conflict, and that's something that we really struggle to engage in. I mean, People, especially in rural areas, will dance around each other and walk away and find reasons to not have conversations about politics, sex, religion. all of that stuff.
