Everybody is struggling to access health care, whether it's the cost or getting your drugs or even just getting to the doctor because we just don't have enough providers. One of the things that you've mentioned as part of your priorities is Medicaid expansion. Governor Evers tried to expand Medicaid for eight years, couldn't get it through with the Republican legislature. What makes you think that this can happen? What's your strategy?
