And last year, we made the largest tax cut in South Dakota history and gave more money back to the people because it's their money, it's not the government's money. One of the things I'm the most proud of is that South Dakota has the highest birth rate in the nation. In fact, I've got three grand babies of my own and I think they're so incredibly special.
