And this Department of Homeland Security bill is critically important to make sure that FEMA has the dollars it needs to respond. FEMA is charged with running our critical infrastructure and maintaining our government on our very worst day. That's the agency that ensures that our government continues to run, should we be attacked, should we have a terrorist attack in this country and we have a leadership situation where that needs to be in place.
