And if you want to have that system function well, to have safety and soundness, to have transparency and accountability, to have consumer protections, to have anti money laundering, to have anti illicit finance aspects, you have to create a regulatory framework. And so What I've been working with my colleagues in Congress across the aisle on a bipartisan basis, is what those rules of the road will look like. Stablecoin, let's just call it the lowest hanging fruit. It's the most easily understood.
