We need an ethics provision to make sure members of Congress, the President, the vice president and senior administration officials cannot issue any type of cryptocurrency or digital currency. One and two, we need more consumer protections, particularly at the cftc. And then last, we want to have some, some more rigorous criminal penalties for illicit finance. (08:31–08:43)
