It matters if you are the senior administration official, the department, the secretary of Commerce or you are the Secretary of the Department of Defense or you're the President or the Vice President. We have all these anti-corruption laws for a reason. And why would you want the industry to be dragged down by allegations of inappropriateness? You just don't need it.
