My view is yes, because I believe that we have a responsibility, we have a responsibility as Congress to provide oversight and accountability over the executive branch when there are such serious allegations of wrongdoing. The Mueller report is detailed. It has multiple serious factual analyses of obstruction of justice. Robert Mueller said to us, if he could have exonerated the president, he would have.
