One of the issues that persists here is like many of the parts of New York state, our city suffers from a lack of affordable housing. It's still a constant and chronic challenge. The affordability crisis across our state is really difficult. And so I asked to be on the Senate Appropriations Committee. I asked to be on the committee that was in charge of affordable housing.
