I know those in Venezuela. We saw people in this country from Venezuela celebrating the capture of Maduro. What does that say about this operation to you? It says that Maduro was a very bad man who did very bad things to the Venezuelan people. He ripped up their democracy. He apparently was disappearing and harming journalists. He was creating a repressive regime. And so what's really shocking is if President Trump really did want to do regime change, why is he allowing the Maduro government to stay in place? (07:53–08:10)
