Be turned against us and against the most vulnerable, like our seniors. At yesterday's hearing, we saw this. We saw that this is already happening. We must confront the scams targeting our seniors head on. I've introduced two bipartisan bills to do exactly that. The National Strategy for Combating Scams act or the Guard Act. These bills would give federal agencies and law enforcement tools that they need to protect consumers from fraud. Combating AI scams against seniors is common sense, and it's bipartisan, and I'm determined to get it done. (03:03–03:10)
