“Republicans need to get serious. If Congress doesn't act to lower health care costs, premiums in all 62 counties across New York are going to skyrocket. Let's look at the facts. If we don't extend the Enhanced Affordable Care act credits, an adult making $65,000 a year in let's say Tompkins county will see their premiums increase from about $194 per month to over $800 a month. And a couple making $90,000 a year in Herkimer county will will see these premiums increase from about $150 a month to $1,500 a month.” (00:10–00:25)
