Because of the just stark mismanaged misalignment with the people of this district and the needs of our veterans, it is really disappointing to hear how unrepresentative this council is in terms of gender, age and race and ethnicity. It is really incredible that out of 13 members on this [Veterans] council, only one is a woman.
