Governor Stitt inherited a state with virtually no savings, but now Oklahoma has about $4 billion in reserves. He's setting aside $200 million, creating his taxpayer Endowment Fund. We're an oil and gas state. We have budget surpluses right now. We've constitutionally put every dollar we can in our rainy day fund. So we've got to make sure we protect that other savings.
