And Teddy Roosevelt was President, United States, but before that, he was governor of New York. And so he started the National Governors association to bring Republican governors, Democrat governors together. He believed in states rights. He believed having different voices at the table and this idea of federalism, that we believe that the federal government should be limited and the power belongs to the states or the people.
