And so what happens is they expire, things are negotiated, more spending is done, and then people get a portion of those tax cuts to be made until the next 10 year expiration with one big beautiful bill. Those taxes don't expire. Republicans and Democrats actually have to come together in a vote and vote to raise taxes going forward. That is very difficult because guess what? Democrats don't want their taxes raised either. And so it's an interesting thing how we're going to go forward with this now. (14:24–14:31)
