Oklahoma, over the last two years, Cindy Byrd, the auditor there, has done audits on recipients of SNAP and found that there's an egregious abuse of signing up for SNAP that never gets investigated. Monies are taking away from those who really need them. So as I said from the beginning, the American government, the federal government, should help those who need help. (14:01–14:14)
