I think that we get the final signing of the Iranian deal done and we get that codified, that we're going to start seeing gas prices already come down. Today we saw Gas prices back down, getting closer to three across the state. I think that's important. I also think that when you see the barrel cost of a barrel of oil is coming back down, it's within about 5 or 6% of where it was prior to the Iranian crisis. (05:37–05:42)
