We've got an appropriations process that's actually working for the first time since I've been in Washington, quite honestly, where We've actually passed bills. We're already conferencing some of the appropriations bills with the House. All of the bills that have come out of the Senate Appropriations Committee have been overwhelmingly bipartisan.
