Well, I would be interested in eliminating the ability for one senator to obstruct. That's a lot of power that has been abused in recent years far too often. I do think the filibuster needs to be maintained, even for appropriations. We can get 60 votes on an appropriations bill, but we have to be able to get on the appropriations bill. So I think there's some ways to do that without. (08:37–08:41)
