Never been audited by the irs, never been investigated by no bar, grievances with the state bar. I get sworn into office and everything I just mentioned happened, including right now, The state bar is trying to figure out whether they want my license because I issued opinion saying that district clerks have a First Amendment right to not marry people if they have a religious conviction that says that they don't want to marry people who are same sex. And now I've got the state bar. So on August 1, 2013, I announced that I was running for attorney general of Texas. I was leaving a great spot in the state Senate. (07:23–07:37)
