DAPA went all the way to the Supreme Court and we were successful in basically stopping Obama's probably one of his keystone initiatives. And it was done completely unconstitutionally and DACA was no different [from DAPA]. And so we have had our first hearing. We're waiting for future, I guess, rulings and then ultimately I'm sure we'll end up in the fifth Circuit and it would not surprise me if it ends up in the U.S. supreme Court. (03:44–03:49)
