The 27 budget calls for about $22 billion in weapon system sustainment. So as we finish out Epic Fury and we bring those aircraft back, we'll refurbish them and allow them to extend their lifetime. Does this year's budget meaningfully move the needle on maintaining global mobility and lift capacity, or are we simply managing the decline of a critical capability? I don't think we're in decline.
