I think they're very, very capable, as capable as anybody of being successful in the business world. And so, you know, that was in 1990. We've seen litigation change regarding DEI, which is really what we're talking about is a DEI program and it's changed significantly in the state. So we've seen court cases, we've seen President Trump recently at the federal level change those guidelines.
