So the way that our budget works is, well, when we start session, we've got six months left in the previous session's budget. So fortunately, Texas Inn has been very economically successful. We were conservative in our budget. And, and so Texas, of all the states is in great position to come out of this thing and be prosperous as we move forward. All right.
