I'm less of a fan about declaring declaratory judgments that actually have no force and effect on any issue. I just like whatever your underlying feeling on gay marriage is. Right. Supreme Court of the United States does not care what the North Dakota legislature sends them as a statement. And so if you know that up front, then you have 81 days.
