The number one thing that I hear as a small business owner myself, and also what I hear from business owners and employers around the state, that workforce shortage is huge, and part of that is brain drain. We are losing our best and brightest young people, and we are not producing enough graduates of all kinds of educational programs. So we need to be investing in making it easier and more affordable for people to have pathways into technical colleges, UW and other forms of training and technical success. (28:07–28:17)
