It starts by passing very strong statewide standards to protect our environment, our workers, local control and transparency, as well as all of us as ratepayers to make sure we're not subsidizing data centers. But we don't stop there. We also want to make it end the subsidies for data centers that are going to cost us about $2 billion. because if a data center wants to come here, they should be paying us for that privilege.
