I just came home from a full day of campaign events to the news that Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin is going to be indefinitely pausing abortion care starting October 1st. They are responding to what I warned about. The Republican federal budget contains a backdoor abortion ban that essentially defunds Planned Parenthood if they continue to offer abortion services. This is going to be devastating for millions of American women for whom Planned Parenthood is is their only healthcare provider. They're the healthcare provider of last resort. (00:13–00:23)
