They had plenty of time to do something to craft a budget, a responsible budget and use this surplus money. So the fact that it's kind of clear it's not, it isn't sitting there. It's a surplus that's projected. Right. So we can certainly anticipate that there's going to be some money. And so spending some of it, especially to fund that broken promise that Republicans made, you know, 250, 300 million, 400 million for special ed to schools, that makes total sense. (08:28–08:30)
