I know we have reading coaches coming in part of Act 20. What would you do to address this disparity which has been there for years and years and years and isn't getting any better? Well, I supported Act 20 because I think we should have evidence based policy. And what we have learned about how kids learn, the importance of phonics and the importance of early intervention and having that one on one coaching and instruction, we should put that into practice because every single child in Wisconsin should be able to read.
