And so obviously the kind of elephant in the room there is the starter home legislation. I do expect that to come back next year. We proposed a reasonable compromise that prioritizes ensuring that Arizonans would be the ones who would be able to purchase those homes. And so I think we're committed to continuing to find a solution there. The low income housing tax credits have been a big tool that we've been able to use to help invest in more affordable housing, workforce housing. (09:29–09:39)
