And thank you, Governor. This investment would not have happened without your leadership. And one of the things that law enforcement needs is the tools to get the job done. And As times have changed and as the ability for criminals to bring guns into our community and the methods for them doing that has changed as people are able to order parts and assemble guns, these are all things that have really transformed the tools that we need in order to do the job. And so, Governor, you have understood that and given us the tools that we need to get these results. And I joined a number of mayors in Baltimore a couple years ago with Mayor Scott. (38:21–38:42)
