So we are eliminating the taxes on tips for the first time here in the state of New York so they can keep more of their hard earned money. Also, I know that my local governments are struggling as well. And so We're announcing over a billion dollars of an additional 6 assistance for our localities all across the state outside of New York City. That includes $123 million in total aid for Rochester.
