How can you assure a transparent and faithful investigation when so many have already made a judgment about this case? Let's start at the very beginning. I'm deeply disturbed at Cornell University's police and how they handled this. They were the first ones to be able to interview and have their questions answered. And yet this young woman tell her story. Them sending a partial record over is, in my judgment, a failure. (23:30–23:35)
